Return policy

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, our products can only be returned if the seal of the packaging is not broken/affected. This means that the products must be unopened and unused.

If you want to return something, please follow the procedure below for proper and quick handling:

1. Send an email with the reason for return, the order number, your name and your contact details, stating 'returns' to info@aquapurity.nl You must arrange this within 14 days of receiving the products.

2. Do not return your package until you have received a response from us. Then do this including a packing slip on which you indicate which products are included in the package. Make sure you pack the products properly so that no damage can occur during transport. Send the products (at your own expense) to:

3. We will check the contents upon receipt of your return shipment. Once this has been checked and approved, we will refund the credit amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days via our payment system.

Please note: if the seal is broken, you can no longer return the products for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
